Sourced from the Rosomel Vineyard, this took top riesling honours at Cuvee 2009. Shows a very intense nose of pineapple-apricot, honey and petrol with a bit of a farm cheese funk that adds character, if you like this sort of thing. Medium weight, with bracing 2003 acidity and some balancing sweetness. Very powerful, tart and juicy. For riesling fans only. Try it with a goat cheese and pear salad. - David Lawrason
