Kacaba Vineyard's philosophy is dependent upon small quantities with production limited by thew winemaker's ability to handle and manage quantities that can be produced mainly by hand. Pumping is kept to a minimum and gravity is used for bottling and racking. The goal is to produce ultra-premium, fruit-driven wines meant to be enjoyed at release or cellared depending on the varietal and vintage.. ( more ... )

An annual celebration of the upcoming harvest, Fallstock - a party at the vineyard will feature the Horne Family Band playing classic rock from 2 - 5 pm. Bob Cook will be back cooking up his famous "Cookolini Weenies". Enjoy a glass of Calamus Estate wine and a BBQ'd sausage for only $5. Visit Niagara wine country, marvel at the vineyard vines laden with grapes, and experience a wine tasting in our rustic 19th-century barn.

The first in a series of intimate meals and intriguing conversation. Our first guest is Victor Sperling, viticulturist from Delheim Wines in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and the meal will be hosted by our Director of Winemaking and Viticulture, Ann Sperling.
Please join us in our Great Room on September 19th at noon for an afternoon of conversation, starting with a succulent, multi-course lunch / barbecue featuring the talents of Chef Erik Peacock of Wellington Court Restaurant. And of course, both the wines of Delheim and Southbrook will figure prominently in the meal.

Celebrating the best of the autumn season, we have raided our small organic garden to create a celebration of seasonal cuisine. Our riesling vines are some of the oldest in Niagara, yielding a wine that is vibrant and mouth-watering.

Let a Peller Sommelier guide you through a wine and food experience that explores the many different styles of wine - from light and aromatic whites to full bodied reds - and learn how to truly appreciate the different styles of wines. The day begins with a structured tasting of the wines that make up each style. After the tasting, savour a private, 3-course lunch, created specially for this experience by Chef Jason Parsons.
